**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, electrical, or refrigeration with experience in parts management.

The Key Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Responding to guest repair requests and communicating with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues.
  • Performing preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
  • Visually inspecting tools, equipment, or machines.
  • Carrying equipment (e.g., tools, radio) and identifying, locating, and operating all shut-off valves for equipment.
  • Maintaining maintenance inventory and requisitioning parts and supplies as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or G.E.D. with vocational training.
  • Extensive experience in maintenance, electrical, or refrigeration with parts management experience.
  • At least 2 years of hotel engineering/maintenance experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Universal CFC Certification.
  • Meet applicable state and federal licensing requirements.
