Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out Corrective, Reactive, and Planned Preventive Maintenance of Assets in various Restaurants, Offices, and Commissaries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct monthly store inspections to ensure all assets are functioning properly.
• Monitor external vendors and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
• Respond to complaints and issues in a timely manner, ensuring quality work as per Americana standards.
• Minimize external vendor jobs by rectifying issues personally and advising supervisors on major repairs.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Kitchen Equipment Technician or similar role in a commercial kitchen environment, preferably with experience in QSR or hotel industry.
• Extensive knowledge of kitchen equipment, including fryers, ovens, broilers, grills, refrigerators, dishwashers, ventilation systems, and their maintenance requirements.

Skills and Abilities:
• IT Skills: Proficiency in Field Management System, MS Office, and using phones/computers.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus; good written and oral communication skills.
• Valid Kuwait driving license is required.
