Job Description

  1. Develop Strategic Sales Plans

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Retail Channel Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans to ensure that strategic and financial targets are met.

Commercial Strategy and Product Development

You will create and implement commercial strategies, including product strategy, MSRP policy, and channel policy. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop products that meet the needs of our customers and stay ahead of the competition.

Distributor Network Development

A significant aspect of this role is developing a network of distributors to cover CCTV, IT, and electronic channels. You will identify opportunities to expand our reach and build relationships with key stakeholders in these industries.

Chain Shop Management and Customer Relationships

In addition to managing existing chain shops, you will maintain good relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns they may have.

Order, Inventory, and Sales Data Analysis

You will monitor order, inventory, and sales data to identify problems and opportunities. This involves analyzing trends and making informed decisions to optimize sales performance.

Channel Marketing and Promotional Activities

We expect you to plan and execute channel marketing and promotional activities to increase sales. This includes collaborating with the marketing team to develop brand awareness and support marketing activities, such as product launches, social media, and counter activities.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis

An essential part of this role is conducting market research, collecting competitive product information, price strategies, and promotional activities, then analyzing and developing relevant strategic countermeasures.

Requirements

  1. Education

The successful candidate will possess a minimum Bachelor's degree and have a strong understanding of business principles.

Familiarity with Distributors and Retail Chains

Experience with the procurement mode of distributors and retail chains, along with rich channel client resources and successful cases of independently developing CCTV, IT, and mega retail, is highly valued.

Sales Experience in Smart Home Industry

We require at least 2+ years of experience in sales within the smart home industry, particularly in CCTV, IT, and electronic channels. Experience in the Smart Home segment is a significant advantage.

Key Skills

The ideal candidate will possess excellent market insight and planning ability, sales data analysis ability, and business negotiation ability. Strong communication and coordination skills are also essential.

Language Proficiency

Fluency in English and Arabic is required, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Travel Requirements

The position requires frequent business trips, both domestically and internationally, to engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
