Maintenance Planning and Execution:

The Work Preparation Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all maintenance work orders are thoroughly prepared and executed. This includes coordinating with Site Planners and Maintenance Advisors to ensure that all technical CTR requests and work orders are properly planned, documented, and closed out. In addition, the specialist must develop detailed work packages outlining tasks, resources, costs, and timelines required for maintenance work orders.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical degree or HNC certificate in engineering.
  • Over 8 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably with IOC's.
  • Practical exposure to production facilities.
  • Proficient in CMMS tools (Maximo, SAP) and familiar with project management tools (MS Project).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance planning and scheduling.
