Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to fill the role of Senior HR Officer – Generalist. This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive and results-driven individual who is passionate about supporting organizational growth through effective people practices.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation, performance reviews, and exit processes. They will also lead recruitment efforts in collaboration with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to separation.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and attract top candidates.
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems regularly.
  • Assist with compensation and benefits administration, as well as liaison with payroll teams.
  • Analyze data and prepare HR-related reports and dashboards for senior management.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective communication and engagement initiatives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
  • A strong understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
