As a Senior Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for supporting and managing the entire employee lifecycle. This includes onboarding, orientation, performance reviews, and exit processes.

This role is ideal for a proactive and experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting organizational growth through effective people practices.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Manage recruitment efforts in collaboration with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent.
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives in line with company goals and employee needs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update the HRIS regularly.
  • Assist with compensation and benefits administration and liaise with payroll teams.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and dashboards for senior management.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
