Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

 

Role Summary:

This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the human resources function within the organization. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices, with experience in recruitment, selection, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, as well as 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Selection: Responsible for sourcing, selecting, and onboarding new hires to meet business needs.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee concerns, provide counsel, and facilitate conflict resolution.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, coaching, and evaluation.
  • Talent Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
