Job Description:

A highly respected and accomplished professional in the hospitality industry seeks a skilled HR supervisor to lead organizational development and operational HR initiatives. This role is perfect for an experienced and proactive HR professional who excels in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive OD strategies including performance management, employee engagement, talent development, and change management.
  • Collaborate closely with operations teams to align HR practices with business objectives.
  • Analyze workforce trends and recommend improvements to structure, workflows, and organizational design.
  • Oversee daily HR operations such as employee relations, onboarding, policy implementation, and compliance.
  • Contribute to workforce planning, succession planning, and training strategy.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to department heads and line managers on HR-related matters.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bilingual with 5+ years of HR experience focusing on Organizational Development and HR operations, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and performance frameworks.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence across levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are a plus (e.g., CIPD, SHRM).
  • Experience working in multi-cultural environments with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
