Business Development Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team and drive growth through net new logo acquisition and expansion. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and grow with our company.
This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and can prioritize multiple initiatives effectively.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying high-potential enterprise accounts through research and outbound prospecting. You will also execute strategic campaigns using various mediums such as phone, email, LinkedIn, and others to generate interest and meetings.
You will work closely with field Account Managers, OEM partners, and solution architects to shape outreach efforts and deliver compelling messaging that aligns with our company's offerings and prospect pain points.

Responsibilities- Identify High-Potential Accounts: Research and engage with high-potential enterprise accounts through outbound prospecting.
- Execute Strategic Campaigns: Develop and execute strategic campaigns to generate interest and meetings with prospects.
- Understand Prospect Org Charts: Research and understand prospect org charts, business priorities, and opportunity plays.
- Deliver Compelling Messaging: Develop and deliver compelling messaging that aligns with our company's offerings and prospect pain points.
- Partner with Field Teams: Work closely with field Account Managers, OEM partners, and solution architects to shape outreach efforts.
- Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Track and analyze key performance indicators such as activity, meetings set, pipeline generated, and other metrics to measure success.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, including military service, is required.
- Self-Starter with Excellent Communication Skills: We are looking for a self-starter with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, who can effectively communicate with prospects and internal teams.
- Highly Organized with Strong Prioritization Skills: The ideal candidate will be highly organized with strong prioritization skills, able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
