Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to expand sales opportunities in the control valves market, focusing on applications that improve efficiency, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Analyze existing business strategies and provide recommendations for future growth initiatives, forecasts, and intelligence.
- Build and manage a pipeline of sales leads, ensuring seamless transitions from business development to sales that meet business goals and targets.
- Foster relationships with key decision-makers to position Flow Controls solutions as the preferred supplier.
- Drive brownfield projects and MRO/Lifecycle services opportunities throughout assigned accounts, collaborating with Strategic Accounts, GP3, and GPP teams.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 12-15 years of sales experience, preferably in valves industry.
Preferred Skills:
- Deep understanding of Control Valve and its applications, with industry knowledge.
- Strong presentation skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English (verbal, reading, and writing), Arabic language is an asset.
