Job Title: Signage Supervisor / Production Head

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Signage Supervisor / Production Head to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that all signage is produced to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Management: Oversee the entire production process from start to finish, including planning, organizing, and coordinating resources.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all signage meets the required quality standards by conducting regular checks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve targets and improve productivity.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Engineering.
  • Skills: Strong computer skills, ability to work under pressure, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of welding and steelwork, and ability to read AutoCAD drawings.
