Job Title

Production Supervisor / Site Manager

This is a critical leadership role that oversees the entire production process from signage creation to site installation. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling all aspects of production to meet quality standards and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop daily, weekly, and monthly objectives and communicate them effectively to employees
  • Organize workflows by assigning tasks and preparing schedules to ensure efficient production
  • Mentor and coach employees to improve their skills and performance
  • Ensure production output meets specifications and quality standards
  • Analyze production trends and conduct cost-benefit analyses to optimize product enhancements
  • Collaborate with the production team to maintain quality standards and enforce company policies
  • Calculate complete costs and estimates for jobs
  • Attend client meetings to discuss job details and provide updates
  • Visit installation sites to take final measurements for new signage
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Strong computer and internet skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • The ability to work well under pressure to deliver high-quality results quickly
  • Proficiency in using light power equipment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with welding and steelwork principles
  • The ability to read AutoCAD drawings
