Job Description

Signage Supervisor / Production Head for Workshop & Site

Reports to : Operations Manager

Responsibilities :

• Make daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
• Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
• Overseeing and coaching employee.
• Check production output according to specifications
• Analyzed production trends and conducted extensive cost- benefit analysis of product enhancements.
• Worked closely with production team to enforce and maintain Quality standards.
• Calculate complete cost & estimate of a job.
• Attending Clients Meeting regarding all the jobs.
• Installation site visits, taking final measurement for new signage.
• Having responsibility from signage production to site installation.
• Supervising the installation in site: Cladding, 3D signage, Acrylic cut, Letters, digital printed graphics, one way vision sticker, Cut Vinyl, Flex Signage.

Qualifications:/ Skills required :

• Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
• Able to work well under pressure to output high volume, high quality work
• Able to use light power equipment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of welding and steel work.
• Able to read AutoCAD drawings

Remuneration Structure:

• Net of Tax Salary
• Accommodation provided by company
• Food & Transport Allowance provided
• Tickets & Visa provided by company.
• All Visa Medical & documentation required in India to be managed by Self.
