Job Title: Business Growth Strategist

Salary Range:

$45,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on experience.

Job Overview:

At StriveNest, we're seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Lead Generation Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth by conducting research, developing strategies, and implementing campaigns to attract new clients and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and Strategy: Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads within target industries and markets.
  • Campaign Execution: Utilize various channels, including social media and online networking platforms, to initiate contact with prospects.
  • Lead Qualification: Develop and execute lead generation strategies and campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Database Management: Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and prioritize them for follow-up by the sales team.
  • Collaboration: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of leads and prospect information.
  • Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize lead generation efforts and achieve business objectives.
  • Performance Metrics: Analyze key performance metrics related to lead generation activities and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in lead generation, sales prospecting, or a similar role is a plus.
