Sales Growth Strategist

Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for devising and implementing sales strategies to drive profitable revenue growth and expand our market share among key accounts.
Main Responsibilities
- Achieve annual and quarterly revenue targets within the assigned territory by effectively managing relationships with key account customers.
- Maintain regular contact with key account customers, serve as their primary point of contact for service inquiries, and respond promptly to their requests.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate additional sales leads through consistent visits and calls.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored service solutions to key account customers.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as pharmaceutical or chemical sciences.
- A high level of self-motivation and ability to work independently, making sound decisions and solving problems effectively.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
- Fluent reading proficiency in English documents; proficiency in spoken and written English is an added advantage.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory to engage with customers and build strong relationships.
