Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for devising and implementing sales strategies to drive profitable revenue growth and expand our market share among key accounts.

Main Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual and quarterly revenue targets within the assigned territory by effectively managing relationships with key account customers.
  • Maintain regular contact with key account customers, serve as their primary point of contact for service inquiries, and respond promptly to their requests.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate additional sales leads through consistent visits and calls.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored service solutions to key account customers.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as pharmaceutical or chemical sciences.
  • A high level of self-motivation and ability to work independently, making sound decisions and solving problems effectively.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Fluent reading proficiency in English documents; proficiency in spoken and written English is an added advantage.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory to engage with customers and build strong relationships.
