About the Role
The Strategic Business Growth Specialist will drive business expansion by identifying new opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Key responsibilities include market trend analysis, competitor tracking, and performance metrics management. The role requires excellent communication skills, effective client relationship management, and adaptability under pressure.

About You
We seek candidates with:
  1. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in Business Development or a related role.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office and bilingual in English & Arabic (written and spoken).
  4. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  5. Ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  6. Knowledge of compliance regulations and attention to detail.
  7. Skilled in project management and data analysis.
  8. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing demands.
  9. Preference will be given to Kuwaiti Nationals.
