Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and delivering approved targets, monitoring achievements, and implementing strategies to improve sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and improve sales performance.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Provide timely feedback to senior management on sales performance and suggest remedies for deficiencies.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
