Job Description:

Pakistanisinkuwait is seeking a highly organized and communicative Training Coordinator & CSR Assistant to support staff training initiatives and manage CSR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver comprehensive training sessions that cater to the diverse needs of staff members.
  • Develop and implement CSR initiatives, coordinate community events, and foster strong relationships with external partners.
  • Analyze program effectiveness, track feedback, and prepare regular reports to inform future developments.
  • Provide logistical support, assist with budgeting, and manage data for training and CSR programs.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in training coordination and/or CSR, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Immediate availability preferred, but not essential.
