Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Training Coordinator & CSR Assistant to support our staff training initiatives and manage CSR activities for Pakistanisinkuwait.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver training sessions that cater to the diverse needs of our staff.
  • Develop CSR initiatives that foster strong relationships with community partners, aligning with our organization's values.
  • Coordinate events and manage logistics to ensure seamless execution.
  • Analyze feedback and prepare regular reports to track programme effectiveness.
  • Assist with data management for training and CSR programs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in training coordination and/or CSR, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Immediate availability is preferred but not required. We welcome applications from candidates who can start as soon as possible.
