A dynamic and skilled Hotel Front Office Operations Manager is sought by Accor Hotels to join their team in Clark Freeport Zone, Central Luzon. The ideal candidate will possess excellent management and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain high service levels under pressure.

The role requires 3-4 years of experience in a similar position, preferably with pre-opening and Accor experience. Knowledge of Opera PMS is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Front Office Department to provide exceptional service to guests
  • Maintain high service levels even in pressurized situations
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Preferably with pre-opening and Accor experience
  • Familiarity with Opera PMS
Salary Information:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of approximately PHP 80,000 - PHP 120,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
