You will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments to identify root causes and providing accurate repair estimates. Using technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools, you will perform repairs per manufacturer standards. Your attention to detail and ability to maintain an organized work environment will be crucial in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair electronic devices with precision and accuracy.
- Perform hardware repairs (L1, L2 & L3) and software troubleshooting to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify root causes and provide accurate repair estimates.
- Use technical expertise to perform repairs per manufacturer standards.
- Interact professionally with customers to explain repair processes and timelines.
- Diploma in Electronics & Electric Circuits or a related field from a recognized institution; certifications or vocational training preferred.
- Proven experience as a service center technician or similar role, with expertise in electronic device repairs.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Good knowledge of telecommunications products, services, and procedures.
- In-depth knowledge of workshop conditions, ESD fittings, repair levels, etc.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
