Job Overview:

  • A key role in our organization is available for a skilled Technician with expertise in Consumer Electronics.

Responsibilities:

  • Technicians will receive job cards daily and complete repairs within specified time limits, ensuring efficient delivery of services.
  • Represent the company professionally, maintaining self-hygiene standards and respect for local culture.
  • Achieve maximum customer satisfaction through effective repair processes, excellent communication skills, proactive actions, and empathy.
  • Perform emergency maintenance tasks in the field using advanced troubleshooting techniques for various tool models and equipment.
  • Identify potential quality issues and report them to supervisors, working collaboratively to find solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including daily logs.
  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
  • Report completed repairs, parts used, VOC results, and daily activities, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Implement preventive measures to maintain a safe, clean, healthy, and presentable work environment.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and troubleshooting skills to enhance overall performance.

Educational Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering is required.

Experience:

  • The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in consumer electronics service industry.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong product knowledge of home appliances and electronics.
  • Excellent technical troubleshooting and brazing/welding skills.
  • Effective communication skills in English and Arabic (desired).
  • Valid driving license is preferred.
  • Familiarity with PC and CRM systems, including data entry capabilities.

Preferred Language and Location:

  • Arabic, English, and Hindi are the preferred languages.
  • Kuwait is the location for this position.
  • The shift timings are one shift from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
