High Performing Sales and Liner Hanger Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Liner Hanger Professional to lead our sales efforts in the Oil & Energy industry.
">Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Identify new business opportunities, drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, and achieve revenue targets.
- Manage Sales Team: Provide coaching, training, and guidance to ensure team success, analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Align sales efforts with company goals, maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, and promote products and services at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Bachelor's Degree: A relevant field is required for this role. A minimum of 4 years of technical or operational experience in the Oil & Energy industry in Kuwait, and 6 years of proven sales experience with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated leadership capabilities, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
