High-Performing Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, offer assistance, and provide solutions to meet their needs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist customers in selecting relevant products, offering advice, and suggesting promotions when applicable.
- Ensure the shop floor and shelves are clean and tidy at all times, arranging and replenishing stock as needed.
- Monitor and prevent security risks, escalating incidents to management promptly to avoid loss.
- Display received merchandise under the direction of the Merchandiser/Shop Manager, changing tag prices during promotions or as required.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to achieve hourly and daily sales targets.
- Inform Department Managers of unavailable and non-performing products.
- Maintain accurate knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and pricing, to effectively communicate with customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and Arabic languages.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion or retail, preferably in a similar role.
- Self-motivation, positive attitude, and professional selling techniques.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
