About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our regional sales efforts and drive growth in the North Region. As Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing a team of direct sales reports, developing strategies to increase market share, and analyzing regional markets to meet or exceed financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, build, and develop direct sales reports to deliver profitable growth.
- Analyze the regional market and develop monthly and yearly forecasts to meet or exceed commitments.
- Implement initiatives to increase market share and diversify industries served.
- Profile major accounts and focus the sales team to achieve additional growth.
- Meet or exceed financial objectives aligned with the business plan.
- Develop long-term relationships with senior management of customer accounts.
- Collaborate with the wider organization and regional sales teams to enhance content and support.
Requirements:
- 12-15 years of sales and management experience in the Middle East within process control systems and software.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; engineering degree preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Proven ability to drive business growth.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
- Understanding of regional cultural and business norms.
