The Bridge Company is seeking a skilled Technology Support Services Specialist to join our team. As an IT Technical Support specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert assistance for inquiries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Respond promptly and professionally to IT support tickets, calls, and emails to resolve user queries efficiently.
  2. Serve as the first point of contact for all users, providing technical support and problem resolution services.
  3. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues using advanced technical skills.
  4. Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers, printers, CCTV, and other IT equipment to ensure seamless operations.
  5. Assist users with software installations, upgrades, and system updates to enhance their productivity.
  6. Document issues and resolutions in the Service Desk tracking system for future reference.
  7. Provide remote support to users via remote desktop tools or VPN to minimize downtime.
  8. Maintain an up-to-date IT asset inventory to track all equipment accurately.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in administering a help desk environment.

Key Requirements:

  1. Bilingual skills (English and Arabic) are highly desirable.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical issues.
  3. A valid Kuwait driver's license is mandatory.
