Responsibilities

\

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the operation of a walk-in and call-in Work Order Reception Desk, providing training and guidance to Service Desk Seniors and Technicians, and ensuring excellent customer service.

\

They will also be responsible for maintaining accuracy and completeness of the CMMS database, preparing reports, and prioritizing, planning, and organizing tasks to achieve mission goals.

\

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the operation of a walk-in and call-in Work Order Reception Desk.\
  • Provide training and guidance to Service Desk Seniors and Technicians.\
  • Ensure excellent customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.\
  • Maintain accuracy and completeness of the CMMS database.\
  • Prepare reports and prioritize, plan, and organize tasks.\
  • Work rotational shifts as required and work at different locations as per mission needs.\
  • Provide day-to-day guidance to achieve mission goals.\
  • Identify team strengths and weaknesses and improve them.\
  • Handle difficult customer interactions effectively.\
  • Manage change and adapt accordingly.\
  • Maintain high standards and attention to detail.\
  • Obtain additional information for incomplete documents.\
  • Perform administrative tasks and perform duties of the Service Desk Supervisor in their absence.\
  • Perform other duties as assigned.\
