Chef Assistant Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team and assist in the efficient running of the department.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role or equivalent experience in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and inspire the team.
