Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Dining Room Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our dining staff, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

About You:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in continental cuisine. Your excellent English communication skills will enable you to effectively interact with colleagues and guests alike. A degree or diploma in hotel management would be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Welcome customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
  2. Communicate order details clearly to the kitchen staff, ensuring prompt service.
  3. Inspect dishes and kitchenware thoroughly, reporting any issues promptly.
  4. Assist in setting up tables with linens, silverware, glassware, and china.
  5. Bust tables efficiently, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
  6. Follow health department regulations and food safety guidelines at all times.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest needs promptly and courteously.
  8. Run food to tables in a timely manner.
  9. Inspect table settings, ensuring all items are present and in good condition.
  10. Report any maintenance or repair requirements to the head waiter.
