About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our efforts within the banking and financial services industry in Kuwait. This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth by positioning our software solutions to meet the unique needs of banks and financial institutions in Kuwait and in the GCC region.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement a robust sales strategy specifically targeting the banking sector in Kuwait, aligning with the company's overall sales objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the Kuwaiti banking sector.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives and other key decision-makers within banks and financial institutions in Kuwait.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals focused on the banking sector, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Understand the specific business challenges and technological needs of banking clients and effectively articulate the value proposition of our software solutions in addressing those needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop compelling and customized proposals that clearly demonstrate the benefits and ROI of our solutions for banking clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive sales experience, with a significant portion focused on selling software solutions to the banking or financial services sector in Kuwait.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets in the banking industry.
- Strong network of contacts and established relationships with key decision-makers within Kuwaiti banks and financial institutions.
- Deep understanding of the challenges, opportunities, and regulatory environment within the banking sector in Kuwait.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions to a non-technical audience.
