We are seeking highly skilled Cybersecurity Experts with extensive experience in banking/financial sector security to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years in IT security, with 10-12+ years specifically in cybersecurity (threat intelligence, network security, SIEM, compliance, and incident response). Expertise in ISO 27001, NIST, and financial regulatory standards is required.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Monitor and analyze threat intelligence from multiple sources.
  2. Develop and communicate cybersecurity alerts across the organization.
  3. Investigate malicious emails, network anomalies, and security weaknesses.
  4. Network & Infrastructure Security
  5. Conduct security reviews of firewalls, IPS/IDS, routers, switches, and SIEM solutions.
  6. Perform vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and compliance audits.
  7. Manage EDR, DLP, ATP, and sandboxing tools.
  8. Security Compliance & Standards
  9. Ensure adherence to ISO 27001, BS 22301, NIST, and banking security policies.
  10. Participate in IT audits, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance checks.
  11. Lead security incident identification, containment, and eradication.
  12. Develop and enforce IT disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BCP) plans.
  13. Security Strategy & Advisory
  14. Advise management on emerging threats, security trends, and mitigation strategies.
  15. Contribute to new projects from a cybersecurity perspective (design to implementation).
  16. Training & Knowledge Transfer
  17. Conduct security awareness training for internal teams.
  18. Mentor junior security staff and ensure knowledge handover.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
  • Must Have: 15+ years in IT, with 10-12+ years in cybersecurity (banking/financial sector).
  • Expertise in SIEM, firewalls, IPS/IDS, EDR, DLP, VPN, and vulnerability management.
  • Hands-on experience in threat intelligence, incident response, and network traffic analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, and financial security regulations.
Certifications (Preferred)
  • CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCIE Security (mandatory).
