About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at Alghanim Industries in Kuwait.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Forecast sales targets for your showroom on a monthly basis and track results daily to determine effectiveness and percentage of achieved forecast via the daily operating control systems.
  • Hold daily meetings with your team to discuss deal status, salesperson performance, direct follow-up practices, coaching/training requirements, trade-in and reconditioning status, and other key areas of responsibility.
  • Counsel and appraise your team members on a monthly basis to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives.
  • Manage and direct all sales administration as necessary, including setting quantitative and qualitative goals and objectives for your sales team on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain knowledge on all aspects affecting the sales and marketing of vehicles, such as market trends, vehicle prices new and used, competitors' promotions, and pass this information on to your sales team.
  • Coach, motivate, and lead by example to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Ensure strong attention to detail and achieve organizational targets and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar field, preferably in sales/sales administration/general administration/marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet Explorer.
  • Strong background in sales, sales administration, general administration, and marketing from a related industry.
  • Proven management and team-leading skills, with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Ambitious 'can-do' attitude with a strong desire to succeed.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of KD 2,500 - 3,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
