We are seeking an experienced Valuation and Advisory Lead to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance and valuation, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. In this role, you will be responsible for leading financial advisory engagements, building and analyzing financial models, and conducting industry research. You will also work closely with other managers, directors, and partners to deliver high-quality solutions to clients. Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute corporate finance and valuation engagements
- Perform independent valuation for financial instruments, businesses, tangible and intangible assets, equity and debt securities
- Build and analyze financial models and assess assumptions and data which underlie the model
- Conduct industry research and understand drivers of growth within an industry/sector, identify relevant trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions
- Review and analyze historical trading, cash flow, and balance sheets to identify risks or price affecting considerations
- Research and monitor industry best practices on valuation models and techniques to ensure that the valuation practice is in line with industry best practices
- Assume responsibility of deliverables and collaborate with team members to deliver solutions
- Lead content development for deliverables, including preparing business proposals and presentations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related fields from a reputable university
- MBA, CA, CFA or Master's degree in Finance or other related fields, from a distinguished institute preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English mandatory, fluency in Arabic would be a strong plus (although not mandatory)
- Minimum of 7-10 years' specialized experience in financial advisory
- Experience should include significant exposure in a Big-4 financial advisory, an investment bank or boutique advisory firm
- Ability to manage business development, including through competitive proposals
