Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Advisory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Finance practice, you will be responsible for leading complex financial advisory projects, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and valuation.

Your primary role will be to plan, execute, and deliver high-quality financial advisory services to clients. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, including management teams and boards of public and private companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute corporate finance and valuation engagements
  • Perform independent valuation for financial instruments, businesses, tangible and intangible assets, equity and debt securities
  • Build and analyze financial models and assess assumptions and data which underlie the model
  • Conduct industry research and understand drivers of growth within an industry/sector, identify relevant trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions
  • Review and analyze historical trading, cash flow, and balance sheets to identify risks or price affecting considerations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related fields from a reputable university
  • Preferably MBA, CA, CFA or Master's degree in Finance or other related fields, from a distinguished institute
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is mandatory, fluency in Arabic would be a strong plus (although not mandatory)
  • Minimum of 7-10 years' specialized (post-masters) experience in financial advisory
  • The experience should include significant exposure in a Big-4 financial advisory, an investment bank or boutique advisory firm
  • Experience in building financial models, performing business and financial analysis, and leading team presentations
  • Cross-sectorial experience is an advantage
  • Project management skills demonstrated with experiences managing individual and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to manage business development, including through competitive proposals
