Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Valuation Expert to join our Financial Advisory practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert valuation services to clients across various industries.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, including management teams and boards of public and private companies, to provide expert advice on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and valuation.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert valuation services to clients across various industries
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including management teams and boards of public and private companies
  • Manage and motivate teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Provide expert advice on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and valuation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related fields from a reputable university
  • Preferably MBA, CA, CFA or Master's degree in Finance or other related fields, from a distinguished institute
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is mandatory, fluency in Arabic would be a strong plus (although not mandatory)
  • Minimum of 7-10 years' specialized (post-masters) experience in financial advisory
  • The experience should include significant exposure in a Big-4 financial advisory, an investment bank or boutique advisory firm
  • Experience in building financial models, performing business and financial analysis, and leading team presentations
  • Cross-sectorial experience is an advantage
  • Project management skills demonstrated with experiences managing individual and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to manage business development, including through competitive proposals
