Job Summary: Call Center Team Lead

About the Role

The call center team lead will be responsible for:

  • Managing and supervising a team of helpdesk agents, ensuring they adhere to operational policies, customer service standards, and company guidelines.
  • Monitoring KPIs related to inbound calls, including AHT, call abandonment rate, and other key metrics.
  • Handling escalated customer complaints or difficult calls, providing timely resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
