We are seeking an experienced call center team lead to join our team at Lothan Hospital. As a call center team lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our helpdesk team, ensuring that customers receive high-quality service and support.
About the RoleThe call center team lead will be responsible for:
- Managing and supervising a team of helpdesk agents, ensuring they adhere to operational policies, customer service standards, and company guidelines.
- Monitoring KPIs related to inbound calls, including AHT, call abandonment rate, and other key metrics.
- Handling escalated customer complaints or difficult calls, providing timely resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have experience in call center management, excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
