Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced helpdesk manager to join our team at Lothan Hospital. As a helpdesk manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of helpdesk agents, ensuring that customers receive high-quality service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of helpdesk agents, ensuring they adhere to operational policies, customer service standards, and company guidelines.
  • Monitor KPIs related to inbound calls, including AHT, call abandonment rate, and other key metrics.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and reduce call volumes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in call center management, excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
