Job Title: Fleet Sales Professional

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fleet Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in fleet sales, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to identify their fleet requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business operations and develop effective fleet management strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive in the market.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma in Business or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in fleet sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management software and systems.
  • A valid driving license.
Preferred Language and Location

We prefer candidates who speak Arabic and are based in Kuwait.

Working Hours and Shift

This is a full-time position working one shift from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
