Director of Sales – Western Region

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales leader to join our team and take on a senior leadership role in our Western Region operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG sales, excellent leadership and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the local market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our distribution reach, and managing key accounts across the region. They will also work closely with our distributor network to identify new market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the regional sales team, ensuring alignment with our overall growth objectives.
- Achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets for the assigned region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, including participation in tenders.
- Develop and execute trade marketing initiatives and in-market activation plans.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in FMCG sales, including at least 3 years in a regional leadership position.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
