Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Partner Management Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and expanding our network of 3PL partners, enhancing their operational capabilities, and maintaining strong relationships with them across the country.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rider growth and partner management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and expanding our network of 3PL partners
  • Enhancing partners' operational capabilities through training and communication
  • Maintaining strong relationships with all 3PL partners across the country
  • Ensuring 100% compliance for 3PL partners and their riders
  • Working closely with product teams to optimize processes and products used by 3PL companies
  • Collaborating with operations teams to develop rewards and penalties for 3PL and manage them on a day-to-day basis
  • Responsible for achieving rider recruitment, operations, management, and user experience goals
