Sr Manager, Finance Strategy

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain financial models and business cases for partnerships, deals, and new business initiatives.
  2. Analyze data to deliver insights that drive profitable growth and support business in maximizing this growth.
  3. Collaborate with the China and APAC Commercial teams to achieve their goals, including forecasting review.
  4. Implement spending control processes to minimize administrative time spent by the Commercial Team while ensuring compliance.
  5. Analyze variances to Forecast or AOP and implement measures to reach targets.
  6. Prepare AOP P&L with Commercial Teams.
  7. Lead and mentor Direct Report.
  8. Coordinate with Accounting and Customer Operations teams to get input for accurate forecast and reporting of top line and expenses.
Qualifications
  • BA or BS required and 10+ years of experience in a Finance Business Partner or FP&A capacity.
  • Possesses relevant business and industry trend knowledge.
  • Demonstrated skills in employee management and HR administration.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of Management.
  • Ability to work within a complex matrix structure.
  • Demonstrated comfort in all aspects of decision making including highly complex and ambiguous situations.
  • Solid interpersonal and decision-making skills along with a take charge attitude.
  • Sense of urgency and flexibility to adapt and respond to complex and changing needs of the organization.
  • Motivated, self-starter with exceptional organization skills and an eye for details.
  • Knowledge of an ERP system & Microsoft Office Required.
