Job Summary:
- This exciting opportunity exists within the Ooredoo organisation for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Service Account Manager.
- Reporting to the relevant supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing post-sales account management services to all corporate clients.
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the account managers in opening new accounts in the system and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Provide end-to-end support to customers and key account managers through difficulties related to tariffs, billing issues, and service requests across all products.
- Attend and support walk-in corporate customers who have had issues escalated from key account managers, service delivery teams, or corporate collections.
