Job Summary:

  • This exciting opportunity exists within the Ooredoo organisation for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Service Account Manager.
  • Reporting to the relevant supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing post-sales account management services to all corporate clients.
  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the account managers in opening new accounts in the system and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Provide end-to-end support to customers and key account managers through difficulties related to tariffs, billing issues, and service requests across all products.
  • Attend and support walk-in corporate customers who have had issues escalated from key account managers, service delivery teams, or corporate collections.
