As a PR and CSR professional, you will be responsible for managing the execution of our customer-focused sustainability strategy to enhance reputation and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contribute to designing and implementing communication strategies to inform the public about our programs, accomplishments, and corporate citizen activities.
  2. Participate in promoting goodwill through publicity efforts such as speeches, exhibits, films, tours, Q&A sessions, and press releases.
  3. Explore new CSR initiatives undertaken by government and local organizations, study trends, and identify best practices for implementation.
  4. Propose CSR projects and collaborate with senior management in executing PR and CSR events and activities.
  5. Lead proactive CSR awareness programs aimed at staff.
  6. Represent the organization during community projects and at public, social, and business events.
  7. Create customer value and distinction through environmental sustainability and ethical business practices, products, and processes.
  8. Participate in seminars, workshops, and conferences to enhance corporate exposure and future CSR initiatives.
  9. Conduct meetings with department managers and CSR champions to collect data and generate reports on CSR initiatives, ensuring compliance with UNGC, UN GRI, and ISO 26000 guidelines.
  10. Oversee the assessment process for achieving GRI and ISO 26000 certifications.
  11. Review reports of PR and CSR activities with senior management and oversee the creation and distribution of internal reports to update stakeholders on CSR initiatives and best practices.

Language Skills: English - Very Good; Arabic - Fluent/Excellent

Requirements:

  • Master's degree with 7 years of experience or Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience.
  • Linguistic Abilities: English and Arabic.
