Job Title: Social Media Marketing Manager

Qualifications:

  1. ✓ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  2. ✓ Minimum of 7 years of experience in social media management with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role, managing teams, monitoring KPIs, and driving process improvements.

Software & Languages:

  1. ✓ Proficiency with analytics tools and social media management platforms.
  2. ✓ Experience with paid social media advertising on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
  3. ✓ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences and demonstrate cultural sensitivity.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  1. ✓ In-depth understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices.
  2. ✓ Creative thinker with an eye for design and detail, and the ability to adapt content for different platforms.
  3. ✓ Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multitasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  4. ✓ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media data and make actionable recommendations.
  5. ✓ Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  6. ✓ Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet goals and drive results.

Job Responsibilities:

The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing dynamic social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and drive traffic for Boutiqaat. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing social media campaigns across all platforms while ensuring a cohesive and engaging brand voice. The Social Media Marketing Manager will collaborate with creative teams, influencers, and content creators to develop compelling content that aligns with the brand's vision and meets key business objectives. This role also involves leading a team, fostering creativity, and driving strategic and long-term planning for social media presence across platforms.

Additional Skills:

  1. Good understanding of social media KPIs.
  2. Proven work experience in content planning on social media platforms for professional firms.
  3. Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  4. Proven track record of published content as a writer, blogger, or social media handler.
  5. Excellent grasp of conventional and modern communication channels for conveying the desired message effectively.
  6. A cheerful individual with a zeal to understand the target audience and devise social media plans accordingly.
