Employment Services Officer

This position requires the Recruitment Officer to:
- Source and recruit suitable candidates through various channels.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of online applications, focusing on key factors like job experience and education.
- Compile a list of potential candidates and submit it to the Recruitment Manager.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding employee personal and company-sensitive information.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Manage a database of qualified professionals to ensure timely response to recruitment needs.
- Regularly update and maintain daily reporting spreadsheets related to the recruitment process.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the Direct Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Native-level proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with ERP systems, including SAP and SF cloud system.
