Graduate Customer Success Manager

The role of a Graduate Customer Success Manager is to reduce risk and churn, facilitate the adoption of new products or services, and support expansion within existing accounts.

CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGERS are responsible for developing trust with assigned customers and providing them with the best possible experience navigating our vast offering. They achieve this by understanding their customer's objectives and activating internal and external capabilities to alleviate pain points, align expectations, and draw collaboration roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support customers in finding solutions to ticket requests
  • Enrich documentation about problem solving, Q&A, onboarding materials
  • Drive campaigns targeting multiple customers through digital touch-points and activities
  • Identify high potential and high-risk customers from newly onboarded users or customers
  • Onboard new customers and introduce them to our products and support processes
  • Collaborate with Sales and Support in developing engagement plans that fulfill the customer's objectives
  • Engage with customers to ensure risk identification
  • Collect feedback from customers and format it for review by the product team
Requirements:
  • CUSTOMER-facing experience
  • An empathetic individual with a natural drive to help others
  • Possession of passion for technology, infrastructure, and Ubuntu is a must
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to structure and update documentation
  • A team player capable of interacting with all departments internally
Additional Skills:
  • Proficiency in Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, or Italian is an asset, along with excellent English language skills
