JOB TITLEThe Store Manager is a key role responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and developing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

ROLE SUMMARY

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, creating innovative strategies, and executing effective plans to meet business objectives.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling, to ensure efficient and profitable store performance.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team by providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, including health and safety, security, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including buying, planning, and operations, to drive business results and improve store performance.

ROLE PROFILE

Requirements
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing store operations in a retail environment.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in developing and coaching high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective strategies to drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Minimum 4-5 years' experience in a retail or customer service environment.
