About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Store Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team, driving revenue growth while maintaining brand image, operational compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with business partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
• Analyze customer profiles and provide feedback on marketing, buying, and planning initiatives to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained within brand guidelines, enhancing the overall shopping experience.
• Implement company expectations regarding store standards, maintenance, and cleanliness, fostering a positive environment for customers and employees.
• Monitor sales per square foot to optimize productivity within brand and store specifications.
• Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
• Drive sales growth, monitor performance, and identify commercial opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Cultivate a culture of exceptional customer service, leading by example and empowering team members to deliver outstanding experiences.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Minimize stock loss through the management, implementation, and adherence of company policies and procedures.
• Analyze stock management information to maximize sales opportunities and inform buying and planning decisions.

About You
