We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our fashion brand in the Middle East. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining brand image, and ensuring operational compliance.

The Role:


This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned retail professional to join our team as a Store Manager. You will be responsible for:



  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with key business partners
  • Understanding customer profiles and providing feedback on marketing, buying, and planning initiatives
  • Maintaining visual merchandising standards within brand guidelines
  • Implementing company expectations for store standards, maintenance, and cleanliness
  • Monitoring sales per square foot to ensure maximum productivity within brand and store specifications
  • Cultivating a culture of excellent customer service, leading by example
  • Resolving customer complaints effectively and promptly
  • Minimizing stock loss through the management of ATG policies and procedures
  • Analyzing stock management information to identify commercial opportunities
  • Providing and analyzing reports to gain understanding of current performance trends
  • Recommending sales promotions and brand activities through effective planning and preparation
  • Ensuring all company policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to
  • Preparing and implementing stock takes in store in liaison with the Operations team
  • Ensuring company Health & Safety standards are adhered to at all times
  • Leading and developing a team of sales associates to achieve goals and objectives
  • Coaching and motivating team members to enhance performance and produce quality work

About You:


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A graduate degree in any discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience in successfully running a profitable retail store

What We Offer:


We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time position, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
