Conduct desk research and gain data from market insight intelligence, performance benchmarking, macro/micro-market analysis and other external and internal sources as well as qualitative data from interviews and other methods. Conduct market research and analyze current topics that positively impact profitability, growth, productivity, or future market opportunities of the business. Required Experience1-2 years of industry experience as an analyst, consultant, advisor, project manager or similar role. Ideally, AEC industry. Proven ability to parse complex types and sources of information to provide clear, compelling, evidence-based arguments which support business-enhancing decisions, utilizing statistical tools. Experience of business planning and tracking key business performance metrics. Experience in forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis combined with the understanding of key performance indicators. Experience in the use of PESTLE, SWOT and other strategy tools and analytical methods which create deep insights and clarity. Experience in handling databases and understanding technology-driven business intelligence tools. Education Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, finance, accounting, management science, or a related field.
